CANCELLATION POLICY

Within 24 Hours of Booking: No fees will be charged for changes or cancellations, and a full refund will be provided if applicable.

14+ Days Before Arrival: A $20 fee will be charged. The remaining deposit will be credited to the camper's account and can be used within one year from the original arrival date. These credits are transferable to another reservation one time only. Once applied, the credit cannot be transferred again and will be forfeited if unused.

14 Days or Less Before Arrival: For cancellations, alterations, and no-shows, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Each Additional Person (Age 5+) at site: $10 (daily), $60 (weekly), $100 (monthly).

Guests are permitted so long as limit per campsite is not exceeded: 6 persons: 4 Adults, 2 Children (& not 6 adults)

Visitors must register and pay a guest fee. Guest Fee is refunded if stay is less than one half hour or partially refunded if stay is less than two hours.
