Campground Rules:
CAMPFIRES: Campfires must be maintained in supplied fire ring only. Keep fires low and away from overhanging trees. Do not leave unattended. Extinguish before retiring. Camper must abide by current fire restrictions issued by New Jersey Forest Fire Service
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Within 24 Hours of Booking: No fees will be charged for changes or cancellations, and a full refund will be provided if applicable.
• 15+ Days Before Arrival: A $20 fee will be charged. The remaining deposit will be credited to the camper’s account and can be used within one year from the original arrival date. These credits are transferable to another reservation one time only. Once applied, the credit cannot be transferred again and will be forfeited if unused.
• 14 Days or Less Before Arrival: For cancellations, alterations, and no-shows, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
• Early Departures: No refunds
CANNABIS: The use of cannabis is forbidden in public areas. Cannabis use is restricted to private areas and must not interfere with the enjoyment of others.
CHECK IN: 2:00PM. Early check-in must be confirmed by staff and only if site is available.
CHECK OUT: 1:00PM Campsites/ 12:00 PM Cabins. Half day site rental MAY be available for late check-out .
CUTTING TREES: No cutting of plant life. This includes trees and bushes. You will be evicted without refund.
FIREARMS: No firearms (including BB guns, etc.) of any kind permitted. Arrangements available for hunters.
FIREWORKS: Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
MINORS: All minors must be on their own campsite by 11:00 PM. Attend children in shower house. Children should not be left without an adult supervisor while parents leave the premises.
VEHICLES: Only licensed drivers are permitted to operate an automobile, motorcycle or any motor vehicle in the park. All vehicles must have valid insurance and registration. Motorcycles to be used for necessary transportation only. No pleasure riding in park. Electric vehicles (EVs) are not permitted to charge at campsites. Guests are required to alert the office for designated charging locations and applicable fees.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Limit of 4 adults per campsite overnight, including visitors. Daytime visitors are welcome, but any guests in excess of four persons per campsite must leave by 10:00 PM.
PETS: Pets must be kept under control and on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. Service animals must be declared in advance.
PRIVACY: Do not trespass or cut through another campsite.
QUIET HOURS: All noise (loud talking, radios, etc.) must be stopped by 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
SITE/CABIN CLEAN UP: We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card up to $100 (or request a $100 cash deposit) for site/cabin clear up or repairs.
SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced.
TRASH: Leave campsite clean. Deposit trash in dumpster. No large items (lawn furniture, large carpets, refrigerators, screen houses, tents, etc.) may be placed in dumpsters. Campers must take bulky items home to discard.
VIOLATION OF ANY RULE: Anyone not abiding by the rules, or considered a nuisance by management, will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
VISITORS: Registered campers are responsible for the actions of their guests. Visitors are not welcome at any time when the registered camper is not present. Campers are expected to be sure that their guests are registered and fee paid.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The Camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release Timberline, it’s officers and employees of all liabilities for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers, and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. Management is not responsible for any loss due to fire, wind, theft or accident.
